The 2020 Havre de Grace Municipal Election

Election Day is: Tuesday, May 5th, 2020 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at St. Patrick's Hall located at 650 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078

The Registration Deadline is: April 14th, 2020 by 5:00 PM
Candidate Filing is to be submitted to the City Clerk from March 3rd through March 17th, 2020 between the hours of  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Absentee Voting: If you will be out of town or can't make it to the polls on Election Day you can request an absentee ballot application. If you would like your ballot mailed, applications are due by April 28th, 2020 at 5:00 PM to the Board of Elections office at 133 Industry Lane in Forest Hill, MD 21050

If you would like to vote in person, applications can be brought to the Board office on or before Election Day, Tuesday, May 5th. Voted ballots must be returned to Havre de Grace City Hall located at 711 Pennington Avenue by Election Day at 5:00 PM or to the polling site by 8:00 PM.

2020 Federal Elections

Harford County is represented by Maryland's 1st and 2nd Congressional Districts. These seats are up for election every two years. The deadline to file for these seats is January 24th. These seats are currently represented by:

Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D) - 2nd District

2020 Democratic Presidential Primary

Maryland's Primary Election will take place Thursday, April 16th, 2020 to Thursday, April 23rd, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for Early Voting and Election Day is Tuesday, April 28th, 2020 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
